This page is a public index of decisions I’ve logged while working in and around AI-mediated work. Not opinions. Not hot takes. Actual judgements, written down in a way that makes the reasoning inspectable.
I publish these for one reason: when AI makes drafting cheap, organisations quietly start making decisions by accident. Things get “approved” because they look finished. Accountability blurs. Rework arrives later with interest.
A judgement log is my antidote. Each entry captures:
- the decision in one sentence
- what we knew (and what we didn’t)
- assumptions, risks, and trade-offs
- what would change my mind
- how and when it will be reviewed
Over time, you’ll see updates. Some decisions will be affirmed, some revised, some reversed.
That’s not a failure mode. It’s the point.
A judgement log without follow-through is just a nicely formatted opinion.
